You're engaged, let the vision of your special day begin!
Weddings are an expression of a couple's personality and a celebration of their love, commitment, happiness, and new life together. It is often said, next to your child's birth, your wedding day is the greatest day of your life. Since the entertainment you choose will have a direct effect on the success of your celebration, wouldn't it be in your best interest to focus on the quality of service you receive?

HELPFUL TIPS FOR PLANNING YOUR WEDDING RECEPTION
- Try to avoid seating older guests near the speakers or dance floor.
- Arrange your wedding rehearsal 2 nights before your wedding date. You might risk having your family or bridal party members "hung-over" or "burnt- out" at your wedding if you plan the rehearsal the night before your wedding.
- The vendors you choose should have liability insurance. An increasing number of venues now require it. Please check with your venue's management.
- A dance floor that is "too small" is better than one that is "too large" because it creates the illusion that the floor is full. Guests are more likely to dance when the crowd on the floor is more dense.
- A recent bridal survey said that before the wedding, the entertainment usually fell to the bottom of the budget priority list and was considered one of the smallest expenditures. Yet, after the wedding, most surveyed brides wished they had spent more and made entertainment one of their highest priorities. Unless you have actually experienced mediocre or even disastrous wedding entertainment, many people make the mistake of thinking that it is "just the music", all entertainers are the same, and a cheaper priced DJ is a better value for their money. Again, this is a BIG mistake! Is it a good price if you don't like the quality?
- Ask your DJ/Entertainer if they have committed to follow the ADJA Code of Professional Conduct.
- Retain the services of ULTIMATE SOUNDS, you'll be glad you did! Book your wedding before 10-10-2010 and receive $100 off the final price!
